Please review the marketing plan that you completed in MM522. Could this plan be expanded into a comprehensive business plan? If you want to develop the plan further in this course, then:

Team Formation (Teams can have 3 or 4 members). Email your instructor with your team names, and sign up in the Team Membership under Teamwork.
Team Charter (available in Doc Sharing) and Enterprise Description due in Drop Box before 2nd class.
Weeks/Units 2-5 of the course All TCOs Focus: General
During Weeks 2-5, each team member should do the readings associated with his or her section of the plan to which assigned. Begin preparing the deliverables which will be due. You will find the links to these readings under each topic section in the course, on the "Assignments" tabs.
Each team member begins working on their portion of the project. Continue your online research, including:
Marketing Team: begin primary research and all secondary online research for plan.
Operations Team: begin assimilating the HR plan, IT portion, and day to day operations plans.
Finance Team: Open the finance plan program (available to download from the shell or on CD with deluxe edition of text) and begin asking the team questions and creating financial assumptions.
